Polarity is Sacred

It takes two

We exist in the harmony of ebb and flow - where music can be heard in intervals, but never in silence or chords alone.

Inspiration as the breath of life. Breath constitutes a rhythm of polarity. In and out. Inhale. Exhale. Synced with everything in existence.

Our universe - our existence is solid and space. Open air meets a tree, a wall of bricks or a crow. Space is the relationship between bodies. This is motion.

The world plays hide and seek with itself: dark to light, space to substance, rediscovering ourselves and redefining awe in the infinite dance.

Without birth and death, the world would be static.

Human nature is the balance of polarities. Love and selfishness. Night and day.

To lead your own life and flow in unison with the crowd.

Creative beings need flux. Energy is eternally polar, perpetually on and off in the state of vibration; the act of motion and life. It is a rule of the universe as creative beings to be in a continuous state of flux and flow.

While capitalism as taught us to overproduce, our natural rhythms remind us that periods of rest are just as necessary as periods of motion to be as efficient in our endeavors as possible.

A nourished and thriving society does not come from the result of dysregulated nervous systems. It comes from well-rested, clear minds.

Words inspired by Alan Watts, The Book.

Yours, Mel
